Radisson Blu Hotel Istanbul Asia

Staff was very well trained

Friendly staff, very clean room, totally smoke-free. Slept amazing!

It was all great

I booked a room with a terrace/balcony, and it had an amazing view of the city lights. Comfortable lounge chairs where you can spend hours drinking a cocktail, or a beer. If you're having a hair transplant surgery in the Asmed clinic it's the perfect place to stay, since it's just walking distance away (5 minutes). I spent 2 nights there, walked to the clinic in the morning and afte rthe surgery I recommend resting in the clinic itself.

The location was too far away from the busier places I liked in Istanbul (the asian market and ferries to other parts of Istanbul), more in the business area of the city. It's like a 20 minute ride to get to the ferry terminal.

The cleanliness

I order a breakfast and I call 2 times to push the order but it never comes!

Terrible experience and customer service

Terrible service, totally unrespectfulI contacted the hotel well in advance by email to cancel my reservation. They never replied. Days later, I finally received a delayed response offering a change, but when I replied immediately, they ignored me again and later claimed I didn’t respond. I then sent a formal email complaint, explaining their communication failures — only to be ignored again without any explanation or apology. The reservation manager here was extremely slow, dismissive, and unhelpful throughout. This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect for guests. Radisson should be embarrassed to have this kind of service under its name.

The hotel was not good enough for the price. Some of the staff did not speak English, which caused significant inconvenience. During breakfast, I ordered two omelets, but they took 30 minutes to serve it, and to make things worse, they brought only one — and it was undercooked. When I complained about it, they simply apologized without offering any kind of compensation or gesture of goodwill, which I was expecting. Overall, my experience with this hotel was disappointing.

Staff, security, room size, bed size and very convenient to me.

Breakfast, location, staff, room, bathroom

Polyester sheets. Elevator noise

I was visiting my parents in Atasehir so the location for me was perfect! There are very nearby places for food and drinks! It’s also a safe place and area to stay.

On our first day the room was extremely hot and it took a while to cool down. They sent us a technician who was really helpful and solved the problem. But we wished the room cooled down quicker! The furniture seems a bit old but they serve the purpose.

Location, Staff, Cleanliness

Hello, the location of access to taxis and shopping centers is excellent. But the quality of the above ground pool was not suitable at all

Very good location, breakfast excellent and not too early.Room comfortable, and spacious.Bathroom ideal size

Room temperature too warm, not able to reduce the heat, which meant having the window open making it noisy at night. The shower was wonderful however getting it a watm temperature was difficult.

The staff , the room one bedroom suite & the location

Clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff.

Stayed here for the weekend and it had been a fantastic experience, everything was impeccably clean and the staff were great. We had to order room service and the food was delicious. I will be staying here again when I travel to Istanbul.

Cannot think of a single thing

Chek in

Chek out, girl in reception was very rude. No new year atmosphere. They remove green tree 2 of January. Amazing.

Quiet, peaceful location with easy access to bus routes and convenient for Uber usage .

The staff are really helpful, Polite and professional. The Gym is very good.

I felt very safe in the hotel. The staff was very nice and helpful. Delicious breakfasts

Great location, only 30 mins away from Istanbul SAW. Mall is a 10 minute walk. There are lots of amenities. A good place to stay if you are recovering from surgery. They have ice on hand all the time. Gym is also good and so is the hamam , sauna and spa.

Jacuzzi wasn’t working when arrived. No prior notice of works happening in the women’s changing room so it was awkward when we walked in and seen men working there.
